How we work, step by step
No small print: before we start, you know what we will handle, what we need from you and what it will cost.
01
First appointment
Half an hour, at the office or by video call, to understand your situation. No obligation.
02
A written quote
We tell you what we will handle and what it costs, per month or per job. You decide in your own time.
03
We look after the deadlines
Payslips, quarterly returns and annual filings go out on time. We ask for your documents early and tell you what is coming.
04
You know where you stand
We explain each tax before we file it, in plain words, and answer your questions as they come up.
First appointment
Book your appointment in one minute
Choose the subject, how and when you would like to talk, and we will confirm the appointment by email the same day.
30 minutes, no obligation. If you then want us to look after your affairs, you get a quote in writing.
If you have just arrived or live abroad
Many people in Corralejo came here to work, to start a business or to buy a home. We explain how things work in Spain and get everything in order.
Appointments by video call
If you live off the island, we talk by video call and you send us your documents by email.
Non-resident tax
If you own a home here and live in another country, we file the yearly return you owe, whether you rent it out or not.
Working for yourself
We register you as self-employed and explain IGIC, your monthly contribution and what you can deduct from day one.
In English too
Official papers are in Spanish, but we explain them in your language before you sign anything.
A local firm
We are in Corralejo and we work for the people of Corralejo: bars, shops, holiday lets, the self-employed and families.
A person, not a queue
You deal with someone who knows your case, with no switchboards or reference numbers.
We know the island
IGIC, holiday lets and seasonal businesses are not handled the way they are on the mainland.
Everything in one place
Your payroll, your taxes and your books in the same office: one point of contact for everything.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to have you handle my business?
It depends on whether you are a sole trader or a company, how many employees you have and how many invoices you handle. After the first appointment you get a written quote, with no obligation.
Can I change accountants in the middle of the year?
Yes. We request the paperwork from your previous firm and carry on from the current quarter. You don't have to act as messenger.
I want to become self-employed. What do I need to do?
Register with the tax office and Social Security before you start invoicing. We do it for you and explain what you will pay each month and which taxes you file each quarter.
I own a home in Fuerteventura and live abroad. Do I have to file anything?
Yes: non-resident tax, whether you rent the property out or not. We file it for you and remind you of the dates.
I've received a letter from the tax office. What should I do?
Bring it in or send it to us as soon as you can: most give you a short deadline to reply. We tell you what they are asking for and prepare the answer.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. You can send us invoices and documents by email and talk to us by phone or video call.
Do you work in English?
Yes. We explain every procedure and every tax in English; official documents are in Spanish.
